HK Day 1 – 19 Aug’10
Went HK with Kat, Emma & Pat from 19-23 Aug 2010. Jetstar tix promo at $270.00 per tix. We stayed at Dorsett Seaview (Ya Ma Tei) at around S$170.00 for 4 nights…
Reached airport at 4.40am as our flight is at 6.40am at T1. Breadfast at Killeney Coffee. Reached HK at around 10.30am, cleared custom and bought HK sim card for hp (S$10.00), bought MTR card (HKD 300 – inclusive of 2 way airport transfer & unlimited rides for 3 days) before we take airport express to Kowloon and wait for Dorsett free shuttle bus service to bring us to our hotel.
The food at Killeney cafe/coffeeshop sucks……….

Went Argle centre to shop…Very squeezy, I think we all will die if there is a fire as there is practically NO space to walk.
Cheap pricing for clothing & accessories, reasonable pricing for sh0es & bags. I dont really like their fashion. In the end, I only buy 1 bag, 1 jacket, 1 watch, 1 makeup pouch, 1 mirror and 2 sets of nu bra.
The lao lao mian at 3rd floor is very nice!!!!!!! We went back on last day to buy again. Don’t bother to buy from 1st floor store as it is not as nice as the 3rd floor.
Supposed to go to The Peak & Madame Tussuards at night but it was drizzling and we went to Langham Place to continue shopping instead. I went crazy buying the makeup and cosmetic stuff there…. Ettusais & Jill Stuart.
Went to The Honeymoon to eat dessert before going back to hotel to put down things… Went to Hui Lau Shan opposite our hotel to have small bite… Wanted to go Women Street but never go in the end, we went back Langham Place to buy the Loreal face powder Kat is searching for as it is OOS in SG. She went to buy 6 bottles of Laniege sleeping mask. Cheap neh~ Promo set.. 3 bottles for duno how many HKD… So 1 bottle is around S$27.10. SG retail store selling 1 bottle at S$45.00.
SO many cute soft toys…. too bad i duno how to ‘kiap’.
Went to SaSa to buy masks…1 box (10 pieces) at HKD49 = S$8.80…
That is the end of day 1. Went back hotel 10pm plus to bath, put mask & sleep

Usual Gathering at grandparents’ place.. Cake cutting session for the August babies..
Niece and nephew are growing up fast!

Had ramen for dinner at Cuppage (Santouka). The ramen is reasonably priced and nice!
Went back K’s place to watch Nanny McPhee 2 and SATC 2…
Dyed my hair on Sunday before going over to grandparents’ place…

Kinda scary.. New jobscope n my boss told me I must be focus and mature to talk to the other sales ppl n Stop thinking I’m a coordinator. Nervous n I must have a positive mindset!!!
Happy hour drinking with colleagues at 4pm to 5+. Talked about work and gossip abit. The other Proj Director tendered her resignation after 5 months…
Dinner with Emma, Kat, Chris and Janelle at 313 Somerset’s Oriole Cafe/restaurant. Their spicy calamari and fish & chips are not bad…
Went Heeten’s ALT shopping mall. From checking out things to me buying makeup again.. *tsk*
Wanted 2 go Phuture but didn’t in the end.. See the crowd (70-80%) Malays and young kids sian Liao…
We went opposite coffeeshop to drink instead and went home at 11plus..

Went bugis village to get the hello kitty ring, I got the black one. Zzz.. Duno when the new stocks’ll come in..
Watched Triple Tap DVD once back home.. I don’t understand why Louis Khoo gotta steal the usd400 million bond paper.. Pretty good plot..
